"I am updating my previous review from five months ago because I believe in giving credit where it is due. I’ve returned to Ishan’s several times recently—even during the busy lunch hour on weekdays—and I am happy to report that the serving time has improved immensely. The long, hour-long waits I experienced previously seem to be a thing of the past, and the kitchen is clearly much more synchronized now. As for the food, it remains the highlight of the experience. The flavors are consistently great, and it’s wonderful to see that they haven't compromised on quality while increasing their speed. It’s still one of my go-to spots for a reliable, tasty meal in the morning or afternoon. The only remaining area for improvement is the attentiveness of the service staff. While they are no longer "sluggish" or agitated as I noted before, they do seem to get distracted quite easily. On a few occasions, we’ve had to repeat our requests or follow up on orders multiple times before they were acted upon. If the servers can match the new-and-improved speed of the kitchen with a bit more focus on the customers' needs, Ishan’s will be hard to beat. I’m happy to see the progress and will definitely keep coming back!"

"Overall rating is 4start. The only thing I didn't like was reheating the coffee and a bad taste of the coffee. - The food was good and the crew members. - i suggest to have more space in the kitchen and apply hairnet and facemask also while working in the kitchen. Thank you"
